The 32-year-old country star has reportedly closed the Ladysmith Bed & Breakfast in Tishomingo, Okla., and rumors are circulating that Blake Shelton is the new owner.

“Under new management,” a post on the hotel’s website reads. “The Ladysmith Bed & Breakfast is closed.” (RELATED: It Sounds Like Blake Shelton Has Finally Come To Terms With His Divorce)

Lambert opened the Ladysmith in September 2014. Shelton proposed to Lambert in Tishomingo and the couple lived there while they were married. She has since moved back to Nashville.

A Facebook post from a Tishomingo resident is causing many to speculate that Shelton bought the property from his ex-wife after he and his new girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, were spotted on the hotel balcony.

In May, Lambert announced she was closing the boutique she had opened in the same city.

“I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the employees who worked hard to help me bring the store in Tishomingo to life, as well as the patrons who came to experience the Pink Pistol and supported the store,” Lambert said at the time.

“Sometimes you need to close a chapter to build on a new beginning or go back home.” (RELATED: Miranda Lambert Reveals How She Really Feels About Gwen Stefani)
