Stefani will fill in for current coach Miley Cyrus, who is said to be taking a break from the show but will return for Season 13, with other coaches to be announced at a later date.

They also wrote a duet, “Go Ahead and Break my heart” that soared up the charts.
Stefani was recently asked about what the last year was like, as her tour “This is what truth feels like” came to an end.
“I look at this year and I think, I just feel so awake,” Stefani said. “I feel so alive and so grateful. I promise you, the last couple of days of the tour when I knew it was coming to an end. … I was so depressed because this year has been so full of so much joy, so much gratitude, and all the creativity that came out of it.”
“Everyone has a journey that they’re on, for me I had to go through that,” she added. “Everybody has to suffer, it’s just what you do with it.”
The interviewer then asked Stefani if she thought marriage was in her future. She laughed before answering.
“So funny,” she said. “I don’t know! God, I don’t know.”
“Everything is going so quickly,” she added. “I’m in the moment and … look at me! You got me tongue-tied.”
