Barack Obama was asked if he would “mess with” Donald Trump after he left office — like whispering in his ear that he was never actually born in this country after all.

During an interview with Samantha Bee on “Full Frontal” Monday night, the president said it was “safe to say I will be organizing my post-presidency where I’m not close enough to him to whisper in his ear.”

Bee then asked Obama what would be the “female equivalent” of “you weren’t born in this country” for Hillary Clinton. (RELATED: BARACK OBAMA WILL APPEAR ON ‘FULL FRONTAL’)

“‘She’s tired, she’s moody, she’s being emotional. There’s something about her.’ When men are ambitious, it’s taken for granted. When women are ambitious, it’s ‘why?’ That theme will continue throughout her presidency, and it’s contributed to this notion that somehow she is hiding something.”

When asked to tell a spooky story about what happens if people don’t vote, Obama replied, “Donald Trump could be president.”

Obama also urged millennials to vote during his interview.

“I want to let first time voters know why it’s so important to vote,” he said. “This is probably the most important election of our lifetimes.”
