Thousands of Cubs fans gathered in Wrigleyville outside of Wrigley field on Wednesday to watch their team play in Game 7 of the World Series against the Cleveland Indians.

The final game came down to extra innings that carried on until early Thursday morning, and when the cubs finally won, the Wrigleyville crowd went absolutely nuts.

The Cubs win ended a 108 year drought for the famously cursed franchise and the fans couldn’t be happier about it.

I would say the end to a 108-year drought is worthy of such a celebration.
