A Springfield, Illinois church posted a hilarious invitation to their Sunday service for any Cubs fans who might have made some promises late in Game 7 of the World Series.

Central Baptist Church posted the invitation on their Facebook page Thursday reminding Cubs fans to keep any promises they made to the man upstairs. “FYI, if you made any promises during the bottom of the 9th service starts at 10:45 Sunday,” the post said.

The Chicago Cubs completed their World Series victory in Game 7 early Thursday morning against the Cleveland Indians. The thrilling game ended in epic fashion with a late game tie by the Indians to force it into extra innings.

Central Baptist Church seems to believe there were probably some fans out there who prayed for the win and would love for them to join them in thanks on Sunday. (RELATED: Watch Thousands Of Cubs Fans Lose Their Minds After World Series Win)

Perhaps the famously cursed Cubs had some help from a higher power to close out the World Series. Bless up Cubs fans, bless up.
