NHL Players Start Throwing Haymakers After Dirty Hit

Calgary Flames forward Matthew Tkachuk dropped his gloves against Anaheim Ducks forward Joseph Cramarossa Sunday in a brutal fight.

The fight started after Tkachuk threw a hit into the back of a Ducks player. Cramarossa retaliated for the hit on his teammate by dropping his gloves and throwing right hooks and haymakers. (SLIDESHOW: These Photos Are Proof That Carrie Underwood Is The Most Stunning NHL WAG)


That’s why you don’t throw cheap shots in the NHL. If it’s the NFL that probably gets flagged and no message is sent. You do that in the NHL and you’re likely to lose some teeth.

That message was clearly sent and received.
