“I’m wearing my Canada shirt for all the celebrities that are moving to Canada, in honor of you guys,” Baio said. “And, by the way, what’s wrong with Mexico? The weather’s nicer in Mexico. “We, conservatives and Republicans, sucked it up, we took it on the chin, we ate it” when Obama won the presidency, Baio said. “We didn’t have cry-ins, we didn’t need dogs and puppies to hold, we didn’t need a safety-pin on somebody’s shirt to show they were a safe person. We didn’t need any of that.”

“If this were the other way around … if Hillary had won….and these were tea party people … you’d have been ripping them,” he added. “Ripping Donald Trump. You are hypocrites. You lost, we won.”

“I still think he’s going to win,” Baio told the Hollywood Reporter before the election. “I know he’s way ahead with Independents. I think the silent majority is about done with this crap.”
