The actress — who was devastated by Hillary Clinton’s loss — said she smiled for the first time since the election as she hiked the hills in Sedona and looked for “guidance.”

“Asked the Canyon for some guidance,” Dunham captioned the shot. “She said this week is going to be revolutionary, and so I threw my arms open and said ‘bring it.’ (Good thing we got the week’s first true smile on camera.) Loving you all and whispered some wishes for you into the big red rock.” (RELATED: Lena Dunham Leaves Paul Ryan A Voicemail)

Though Dunham threatened to leave the country if Trump won, she later said she was just kidding. (RELATED: Sorry, Lena Dunham Is NOT Leaving The Country)

“For those demanding I move to Canada based on something I said when this man seemed like a steak salesman with a long shot at the presidency: stay busy reveling in your new regime,” Dunham wrote on Instagram the Friday after the election.

“I will go many places in my lifetime, surrounded by kindreds on a mission to spread justice and light. I can’t wait for all of this, and for the change to come, as we use what we’ve been given to protect those who can’t protect themselves. What are you living for?”
