Isla Fisher, the stunning British-Australian actress whose role in “Wedding Crashers” made her a star, said that there is a sequel in the works for the wildly successful comedy.

Fisher joined NBC’s “Today” on Thursday to discuss her upcoming star-studded thriller “Nocturnal Animals” and let some news slip that she says she “shouldn’t really announce” on television.

“Wedding Crashers sequel, in or out?” “Today” host Tamron Hall asked. “What’s happening?”

“The first I heard of it, I bumped into Vince Vaughn at a party and he said that apparently we’re going to be making a sequel,” Fisher responded. “So I’m really excited to see what has happened to Gloria.”

“I shouldn’t really announce it on morning television,” Fisher admitted. “But apparently there’s some talk of it.”

So, apparently we shouldn’t get too excited about it, but two of the four main stars are up for it. Somebody needs to get Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams to confirm.
