The area, which includes the walk, is maintained by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. They have also put up a protective barrier around the star. There is no word as of Wednesday when that barrier will be coming down.
Last week the man who is accused of smashing the star with a sledge-hammer, James Otis, pled not guilty to felony vandalism charges. If convicted he could face up to three years in jail.
After the attack Otis confessed in a video that he destroyed the star to bring attention to sexual assault in America following allegations by several women against Trump over sexual misconduct.
