The incident reportedly happened at Hall’s condominium back in Sept. when the neighbor failed to close the gate at his complex.

Hall’s neighbor obtained a restraining order against the actor after the alleged attack but didn’t seek a permanent injunction, according to court documents examined by the Times.

If convicted, the actor could face up to seven years in prison.
