Oh, and she’s hot, too, he said. (RELATED: Gwen Stefani Returning To ‘The Voice’ With Blake Shelton)

“It’s been just an eye opener to be with someone like her,” Shelton explained. “Believe it or not, I mean, you think Gwen Stefani and No Doubt, and she is literally maybe the most normal person that I’ve ever met in my life. It’s been good for me to be with somebody that’s so grounded and just a good human being with a great heart.” (RELATED: Gwen Stefani Reveals How She And Blake Shelton Got Together)

“And she’s hot,” he added. “Have you seen her? I mean look at that.”

The two singers started dating last fall after meeting on NBC’s “The Voice.” Shelton has credited Stefani with turning his life around after his divorce from country singer Miranda Lambert last summer.

“When my marriage fell apart, and then trying to pick the pieces up from being at the rock bottom and trying to move forward, next thing you know, there’s this person that I kind of knew, that I worked with on [The Voice],” Shelton said. “And then all of a sudden, to find out she’s going through the same exact thing at the same time. … And this is how my life turned around. And so quickly too, by the way. Like, all of this has to be meant to happen.”

In a recent interview with Harpers Bazaar magazine Stefani talked about hitting “rock bottom” after her divorce from Gavin Rossdale and how everything “flipped” when she and Shelton got together.

“It was like being handed this gift of a friend who was going through the exact same thing at the exact same time,” Stefani said. “And then everything flipped. It went from horrible to, like, hopeful and like, ‘Wow, God, you just don’t know what’s gonna happen next.'”
