Emily Ratajkowski recently spoke up about a gallery of nude photos of her that were printed without her permission, but she certainly hasn’t turned shy as a result.

The stunning supermodel has made it clear that she doesn’t mind showing off her body, and her latest post was no exception to the rule. She wished her 9.5 million Instagram followers goodnight late on Sunday with a photo of herself wearing some lace white lingerie.

Ratajkowski recently made it known that there is a line that she doesn’t like to cross when it comes to scandalous photos.

Dozens of nude photos of the model were published without her permission, and she is not happy about it. The explicit photos were taken during a 2012 photoshoot and printed in a recent photobook by Imperial Pictures, Ltd.

“I’ve been resisting speaking publicly on the recently released photos by Jonathan Leder to avoid giving him publicity. But I’ve had enough,” Ratajkowski began in a series of tweets. (SLIDESHOW: 18 Of Emily Ratajkowski’s Sexiest Moments)

“This book and the images within them are a violation,” she continued. “5 out of the now 100s of released photos were used for what they were intended: an artful magazine shoot back in 2012.”

“These photos being used w/out my permission is an example of exactly the opposite of what I stand for: women choosing when and how they want to share their sexuality and bodies.”

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model is clearly upset for how the photos are now being used. She expected them only to appear in an “artful” magazine spread, but now the 100s of photos have been turned into a book without her permission.

Although she seems upset with the recent violation of her trust and privacy, she’s continuing to share scandalous shots on her Instagram account.
