Bill Murray and his five brothers are opening up a “Caddyshack” themed sports bar in Chicago.

The Chicago bar will not be the first of its kind, though. The first Murray Bros. Caddyshack restaurant/bar opened up at the World Golf village in St. Augustine, Florida, in 2001, according to the Daily Herald.

Although it’s not yet known when construction for the Chicago location will begin, The Murrays have a verbal agreement for an 11,000-square-foot space at the Crowne Plaza hotel and are currently working on a written lease. (RELATED: ‘Caddyshack Star Bill Murray Just Launched A Golf Clothing Line)

The Murray brothers, who all grew up caddying at Indian Hill Club in Winnetka, Illinois were the inspiration behind the 1980 golf comedy “Caddyshack.” The six brothers were all inducted into the Western Golf Association’s Caddie Hall of Fame in 2015, the Daily Herald reports.

Bill Murray starred as greenskeeper Carl Spackler in the 1980 film. Murray and his brother Joel collaborated to launch a golf lifestyle and apparel brand in October.

It seems the brothers are continuing to let their love of golf and “Caddyshack” inspire new ventures.
