The “Star Wars” actress died while at a Los Angeles hospital Tuesday after she suffered a major cardiac episode while she was flying from London to Los Angeles recently.

According to TMZ, her condition never improved once she made it to the hospital. Though her mother Debbie Reynolds told Twitter that Fisher was in stable condition Sunday night, sources “familiar with the situation” told TMZ that her condition did not change. (RELATED: Carrie Fisher Dies)

Passengers who were on the flight with Fisher said she seemed “lifeless” and had no pulse for at least ten minutes.
