‘House Of Cards’ Drops Wicked New Season Teaser During Inauguration [VIDEO]

The Netflix series “House Of Cards” dropped a wicked new season teaser Friday just as president Donald J. Trump was being sworn-in as president.

In pure Frank Underwood fashion, the teaser video for the fifth season premiered during Trump’s inauguration and it’s intense. In the first shot viewers can see part of something stripped red and white with kids’ voices chanting the lines to the Pledge of Allegiance. (RELATED: ‘House Of Cards’ Creator: Trump Is Winning Because People Are Fed Up)

As the pledge continues in the background the camera pulls out and we see the American flag being flown upside down in front of the United States Capitol.

The closing shot includes just the numbers on the screen of “5. 30. 17.”

“One nation. Underwood. House of Cards returns May 30 on Netflix,” the description under the link read along with the video on YouTube.

The official Twitter account for the political thriller series also posted the video along with a comment about the upcoming season.

“We make the terror,” it simply tweeted.
