Jamie Lee Curtis said at a march in Los Angeles that she would not let President Donald Trump “do the things that we will fight him on” as he tries to pursue his policy agenda.

“We didn’t win and that’s OK, but what this is going to demonstrate is that there’s a voice,” the 58-year-old actress said on Saturday from one of several marches across the country the day after Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States. (RELATED: Women’s March Organizer Recently Met Ex-Hamas Operative, Has Family Ties To Terror Group)

“It is a loud voice and it’s going to be a very prominent voice as he moves through his administration and tries to do his agenda,” she added. “We are watching and listening. We are not going to let him do things that we will fight him on, every single one of us.”

Other protests took place in Denver, Utah, Chicago, Indianapolis and Washington, D.C., where hundreds of thousands gathered with various celebrities to speak out against the president.

In D.C., actress American Ferrara said Trump is not “America” and Scarlett Johansson said she would support him once he supported her.

“The president is not America,” Ferrera shouted to the crowd. “His cabinet is not America. Congress is not America. We are America.”

“President Trump I did not vote for you, that said I respect that you are our president-elect and I want to be able to support you,” Johansson told a crowd. “But first I ask that you support me. Support my sister, support my mother, support my best friend and all of our girlfriends. Support the men and women here today that are anxiously awaiting to see how your next moves may drastically affect their lives.”

“Support my daughter who may actually, as a result of the appointments you have made, grow up in a country that is moving backwards not forwards and who may potentially not have the right to make choices for her body and her future that your daughter Ivanka [Trump] has been privileged to have,” she added.
