Baio has strongly supported Trump throughout the presidential election and attended the Liberty Ball and the Freedom Ball on Friday to celebrate his inauguration. (RELATED: Scott Baio Tells Liberals To ‘Grow Up’ And Accept Trump As Their President)

The “Happy Days” star was reportedly berated by protesters when he arrived at the Liberty Ball with Fox Business correspondent Charlie Gasparino, according to Page Six. One protester reportedly called Baio a “fucking fascist and lunged at him,” but Gasparino pushed them away.

Later that evening, Baio and his wife were on their way to the Freedom Ball when they were approached by a group of protesters. According to a Page Six source, the protesters “had to be extracted by the police.”

This isn’t the first time Baio has been confronted for his open support of Trump.

Back in December, Baio was attending an elementary school event with his daughter when a woman grabbed him, pushed him and shouted obscenities at him for supporting Trump.
