Roger Goodell Reveals If He’s Okay With The New England Patriots Winning The Super Bowl

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell claims it won’t be awkward if the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl.

Goodell made an appearance on Colin Cowherd’s FS1 show Wednesday, and was asked if it’d be awkward for him to hand the trophy to Tom Brady and the Patriots after “Deflategate.” (SLIDESHOW: This Supermodel Might Be The Sexiest NFL Girlfriend)

“Not for a second,” Goodell told Cowherd during an appearance on his hit show “The Herd.”

Brady was accused of deflating footballs during a playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts in 2015. He was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season as a result. (SLIDESHOW: Johnny Manziel‘s Rumored Girlfriend Barely Wears Anything On Instagram)

However, the Patriots have strolled to the Super Bowl and Goodell’s day of reckoning might be on the horizon.
