Kim Kardashian Offers Testimony On Paris Armed Robbery
A French judge flew to New York City to meet with Kim Kardashian on Wednesday to hear her testimony of the events that occurred on the night of the Oct. 3 robbery in Paris.
Under French law, judges of criminal cases often travel to interview the victims, so Kardashian isn’t a special exception. The victims of criminal cases are also not required to appear in court to testify against the suspects, nor are they subject to cross examinations, Page Six reports.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star, accompanied by her two children, met with the French judge Wednesday to tell her side of the story.
During their meeting, Kardashian watched the video tape of the robbery in an attempt to identify the two armed men who entered her apartment dressed as police officers, the Daily Mail reports.
Kardashian was bound, gagged and held at gunpoint in the incident during which she believed she would lose her life. The robbers made off with nearly about $10 million in jewelry.
Seventeen arrests have been made in connection with the heist.
