Sports Illustrated Swimsuit has been releasing videos of their new models all week, and it appears that they’ve saved one of the best for last in Mia Kang.

The beautiful brunette from Hong Kong brings an exotic flare to Sports Illustrated’s rookie class, and judging from a behind-the-scenes look at her photoshoot for the magazine, she’s going to be a huge hit.

Kang has gone through some significant struggles to get to where she is now, which she revealed in an Instagram post on Friday.

“I saw this image and was brought to tears,” Kang began. “This represents everything I’ve overcome and worked for in my life. From an obese and bullied kid, to a depressed and anorexic model.”

“I have been through battles that have made me who I am today, and today I love myself. You don’t know how hard it is to bare your entire body for the world to judge, but I am not afraid and you shouldn’t be either,” Kang said.

The 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue hits news stands on February 14.
