Some law enforcement officials no longer believe that New England Patriots star Tom Brady’s jersey was stolen.

Police are “hopeful” that the jersey is not stolen, but instead on an equipment truck currently en-route to Boston, according to TMZ Sports(SLIDESHOW: This Supermodel Might Be The Sexiest NFL Girlfriend)

The truck is scheduled to be unpacked at some point on Thursday, and police believe that it could be the current location of the Brady jersey. (SLIDESHOW: Johnny Manziel‘s Rumored Girlfriend Barely Wears Anything On Instagram)
