“Many people find themselves in this situation,” she added. “My whole family have all been through a difficult time. My focus is my children, our children … and my focus is finding this way through.”
“As I said, we are and forever will be a family,” she continued. “I am coping with finding a way through to make sure that this somehow makes us stronger and closer.”
“Get through the day. it’s been a difficult few months,” she said. “Right now, I’m going through a moment when just everybody’s in my room. Two dogs, two hamsters and two children at the moment.”
Jolie and Pitt announced they were separating back in September after being together more than 12 years. They are the parents of six children.
The couple’s custody battle became very public for a few months after Jolie said she wanted full custody of their children. However, last month the two agreed to keep things private for the sake of the kids and seal the custody documents.
