Scott Baio’s Alleged Attacker Will Not Face Charges
Scott Baio’s alleged attacker will not face charges stemming from an incident in December when the person reportedly attacked him over his support of President Donald Trump.
On Monday, TMZ reported that the wife of the drummer from Red Hot Chili Pepper’s, Nancy Mack, would not be charged with assault for allegedly attacking Baio at an elementary school event for his daughter last year. The outlet reported that the Ventura County D.A’s office “rejected” the case against Mack because it wasn’t “that bad.” (RELATED: Scott Baio Responds To Trump Backlash — ‘I Don’t Care’)
The incident happened last year at Baio’s daughter’s elementary school in southern California, TMZ reported.
That’s where Mack reportedly “began berating and cursing Baio” over his staunch support of Trump.
The drummer’s wife allegedly approached the actor and yelled the phrase “grab ’em by the pussy” numerous times at him for supporting the president.
Baio told police his attempts to get her to stop failed and that’s when she attacked him by “grabbing him under his arms and then shaking and pushing him,” TMZ reported.
Sources told the outlet that Mack was just showing the actor how “Trump hugs women and denies any intentional physical aggression.”
There is no comment yet from Baio on the decision.
