Elvis Presley’s only child is in the middle of an ugly divorce battle with Michael Lockwood. Because she alleged that she found a stash of “disturbing images” of children on his computer, their eight-year-old twin daughters are being cared for by Priscilla Presley.

A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patrick Cathcart decided Wednesday that Presley must pay $50,000 in legal fees over the course of the next five months for Lockwood. He was seeking $40,000 a month because “has no money with which to live,” his lawyer said.

The couple filed for divorce last June.
