Jennifer Lopez’ Son Wishes She Would Wear More Clothes When She Performs
After Jennifer Lopez performed in a series of shows in Las Vegas, her nine-year-old son asked her why she doesn’t wear more clothes when she’s on stage in front of all those people.
“You know what Max said to me the other day,” Lopez asked during a Build Series talk on Thursday with her “Shades of Blue” co-star, Ray Liotta. “He said ‘Mommy, why don’t you wear pants in your shows? You should wear pants more.'”
“He’s very possessive,” Lopez added. “I was like, ‘Baby, come one, Mommy’s a showgirl.'”
To her son’s credit, the 47-year-old singer admitted she was “covered in crystals” during her Sin City residency shows.
Max and his twin brother Emme are the children of Lopez and her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Their mother and father have shared the stage many times, and Lopez was often scantily clad during those performances.
Unfortunately for Max, he may have to get used to seeing his mom in that setting. Although she’s nearing her 50s, the stunning singer doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
