Bill Paxton’s Cause Of Death Revealed As Stroke Following Heart Surgery
Bill Paxton died from a stroke while he was having a valve replaced during heart surgery.

The actor had gone in for surgery to replace a heart valve and correct an aortic aneurysm problem when the situation arose.
According to the death certificate obtained by the outlet, Paxton’s surgery was on February 14 and he died 11 days later on the 25th after he suffered a stroke.
“It is with heavy hearts we share the news that Bill Paxton has passed away due to complications from surgery,” a family representative said in a statement. “A loving husband and father, Bill began his career in Hollywood working on films in the art department and went on to have an illustrious career spanning four decades as a beloved and prolific actor and filmmaker. Bill’s passion for the arts was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth and tireless energy were undeniable.”
The news of his death hit Hollywood hard. Celebrities like Tom Hanks, Rob Lowe, William Shatner and many others shared their memories working with the actor, whose career spanned more than four decades in roles from blockbuster movies including “Titanic,” “Weird Science,” “Alien” and “True Lies.”
