This NFL Team Could Possibly Be A Landing Place For Johnny Manziel

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be a possible landing spot for quarterback Johnny Manziel.

The Heisman winner at Texas A&M is generating lots of attention after taking a year off of football, and the rumor mill is spinning with possible locations for the young gunslinger. (SLIDESHOW: Johnny Manziel‘s Sister Loves Showing Off Lots Of Skin)

Fansided writer Zach Sauers argues that the Buccaneers and Manziel make a lot of sense teaming up together. (SLIDESHOWJohnny Manziel‘s Rumored Girlfriend Barely Wears Anything On Instagram)

He writes in part:

Signing Manziel would ensure a backup who has actually thrown a pass in an NFL game (Ryan Griffin remark) along with a possible weapon in the long run.

If Manziel is truly serious about turning his life around (take a look at his Instagram account), the Bucs would make a great boom or bust business decision in signing him. A small prove it contract where Manziel can once again humble himself under the guidance of Dirk Koetter and Jameis Winston would be ideal.

Not to mention having a comfortable atmosphere where Manziel is able to see his friend on a daily basis may help the young quarterback mentally.

There’s little doubt that Manziel will be in the NFL next season, but only time will tell where he eventually signs.
