A boxing venue in Las Vegas has reportedly been put on hold for a potential fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor.

The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas has been selected as the potential fight location for a bout between the two legends of their respective sports, according to FloCombat(SLIDESHOW: These Sexy Women Are Celebrating Donald Trump Winning The Election)

The report from Duane Finley reads in part:

Sources close to FloCombat have confirmed T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas has put the June 10 date on hold for the mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor.

This news of course does not mean the fight is official or is guaranteed to happen, but the largest arena in the fight capital of the world reserving a date certainly means the fantasy bout is moving closer to reality.

This is the biggest sign yet that Mayweather and McGregor are serious about getting into the ring together. (SLIDESHOW: THESE RONDA ROUSEY PHOTOS ARE THE GREATEST THING ON THE INTERNET)

Mayweather also recently said he’ll come out of retirement to fight the Irish-born UFC star. It looks like all the pieces are coming together for one of biggest fights in the history of boxing.
