“We have to be ready–you, me, the others,” Batman (Ben Affleck) said in the clip. “There’s an attack coming from far away.” Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) responds, “Not coming, Bruce. It’s already here.”
“Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy,” a description released with the trailer read. “Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes–Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash–it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”
Earlier in the day the “Wonder Woman” star shared with her 4 million followers on Instagram a shot of the epic movie poster for the film.
“Justice League” comes out November 2017.
