Miss Universe Who Blamed Trump For Eating Disorder Poses Naked
Former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, who blamed President Donald Trump for her eating disorder, is now posing naked for a PETA ad campaign.
The 40-year-old Venezuelan pageant winner, who claimed Trump nicknamed her “Miss Piggy,” is now sticking up for animals as she’s featured with not a stitch of clothing on in the animal rights group Latino ad campaign. In the black and white shot, the former beauty queen posed with nothing on, using only her arms to cover her assets. The caption on the photo read, ” Proud to me and Fur Free. I’d rather go naked than wear fur.”
Machado’s name was all over the news last fall after Hillary Clinton mentioned her during a presidential debate. The former Miss Universe spoke out against Trump and blamed him for her eating disorder because she said he teased her about gaining weight after she was crowned Miss Universe. Trump denied those accusations.
The former beauty queen backed Clinton during the election and even appeared alongside her on the trail, warning women that Trump was “dangerous” to the country.
“You know, I was at home with my mom and my daughter watching the first presidential debate when I was absolutely surprised to hear Hillary Clinton say my name,” Machado said on the trail. “It was such an honor. During that debate, Hillary said about me — and I quote — ‘She has become a U.S. citizen, and you can bet she is going to vote this November.'”
“He [Trump] thinks he can do whatever he wants and get away with it,” she added. “I’m standing here on behalf of women and Latinos in the country who have been horrified with his dangerous ideas and vision of America. And together we are going to say, loudly and clearly, no Trump. He’s not getting away with it.”
