Former Playboy Playmate Accuses NBA Player Of Domestic Abuse

Former Playboy playmate Kennedy Summers has accused Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey of domestic violence in a recently filed police report.

Summers filed the police report about the old incidents because she fears for her safety while Withey is in Los Angeles playing the Clippers in the NBA Playoffs, according to TMZ Sports.

“Given the ongoing circumstances, our client now needs to protect herself and come forward about everything so this doesn’t happen to her or others in the future,” Kennedy’s representative Zack Teperman told TMZ Sports. (SLIDESHOW: 12 TIMES SPORTS PUNDIT KRISTINE LEAHY LOOKED ABSOLUTELY STUNNING)

TMZ Sports also reported that cops responded to an incident between the two nearly a year ago, but nothing resulted from it at the time.

The two dated for awhile before breaking up in 2016, and they were even briefly engaged. There has been no comment yet from the Los Angeles police department yet on the allegations made against Withey.
