Michael Moore Predicts Trump Will Win A Second Term, Then Be Impeached
Michael Moore predicted Thursday that President Donald Trump will get impeached after winning a second term.
“Ignorance leads to fear,” the 62-year-old filmmaker said during an anniversary event for his “Bowling for Columbine” film, according to Vanity Fair. (RELATED: Michael Moore On Syria Strike: ‘Trump Is Playing Everyone Again’)
“Fear leads to hate–Trump knew that part of the equation very well–and hate leads to violence,” he added. “Or to use your ballot as an act of violence against the people you hate.” (RELATED: Michael Moore Is Convinced Trump Voters Are Going To Get ‘Buyer’s Remorse’)
“There will more than likely be some sort of terrorist act in this country,” he continued. “I fear that [Trump] will use that to such an awful extent. We have to fight then when it happens.”
Moore shocked a lot of people when he first declared that Trump was going to win during an appearance last July on “Real Time with Bill Maher,” and he is predicting it will happen again.
“I get stopped practically every day by at least one Trump voter,” Moore responded about his prediction, before answering an audience member’s question about when Trump might be impeached.
“I would say some time in the middle of his second term,” he added, as the audience shouted “No.”
“This is just how they all sounded at Bill Maher,” Moore reminded the crowd.
