NBA Player Denies Domestic Violence Accusations Made By Former Playboy Playmate

Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey has denied that he ever domestically abused his former girlfriend Kennedy Summers.

Summers, a former Playboy Playmate, recently filed a police report claiming she was the victim of domestic violence from the NBA big man. However, Withey is singing a very different tune.

The University of Kansas product is flat out denying the allegations, and his attorney Alan Jackson is hitting back against the claims. (SLIDESHOW: 12 TIMES SPORTS PUNDIT KRISTINE LEAHY LOOKED ABSOLUTELY STUNNING)

“These salacious and patently false allegations appear to be nothing more than a vicious and calculated attempt by an angry former girlfriend to damage Mr. Withey’s good reputation,” Jackson told TMZ Sports.

He also added, “There is no truth to the accusations, and when the facts come to light we are confident that the falsity of the claims, and the true motivations of the person behind them, will be exposed.”

Withey and the Jazz are currently in a playoff series with the Los Angeles Clippers.
