Former Ohio State University cornerback Gareon Conley, who is projected to be picked up in the first round of the NFL draft on Thursday, has been accused of sexual assault.

A police report obtained by TMZ Sports revealed that a 23-year-old white woman claimed Conley violated her in a Cleveland hotel suite bathroom after she refused to participate in a foursome with the football player, his friend and another woman.

According to the report, the woman claimed to have met Conley around 3 a.m. in the Westin hotel elevator on April 9. The woman then accompanied Conley to a hotel room where he asked her to participate in group sex, which she refused. Conley then unbuttoned her pants and started having sex with her against her will.

The unnamed woman claims she yelled, “No, stop, it hurts!” but Conley continued until he was finished and kicked her out of the hotel room.

The woman called the police to report the incident and promptly went to a hospital where a rape kit was administered, TMZ reports.

Police interviewed two of Conley’s friends who were in the hotel room where the alleged assault took place, but they insisted “nothing happened” and the girl was just mad that he kicked her out. Conley left the room before the police arrived.

The accuser refused to do an interview with the police but described her assailant as a “black male who wouldn’t take his sunglasses off and had an Ohio State tattoo on his left forearm,” TMZ reports. The Cleveland Division of Police Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit are investigating the case — they have not made any arrests and no formal charges have been filed, according to CBS Cleveland.

The 21-year-old Ohio State standout is expected by many to be selected in the first round of the NFL draft on Thursday. Whether the allegations against Conley turn out to be true or false, they could have a dramatic effect on his position in the draft.
