Britney Spears workout game was very strong in photos she took from the gym and shared on Instagram Sunday.

She paired the top with the world’s tiniest grey shorts that showed off her curves. In the second snap, the mother of two proves how fit she is. “Back at the gym…. stretch and run all the way,” Spears wrote in the caption next to the post.

And her followers were shocked.

“How do you do that,” one asked.

Another wrote, “If people need anymore reason to get in the gym idk what to say.”

Hours earlier, Spears shared a photo taken from the red carpet at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards in a stunning little black dress where she took home the icon award. “Had an amazing time with my family yesterday at the #RDMA… and loved the super sweet surprise from @jamielynnspears.”
