Cindy Rueda filed the lawsuit against Combs on Monday alleging that she was “regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guest were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity,” Variety reported on Monday.

In the complaint, Rueda recalls one incident in which she was summoned to Combs’ room to prepare a “post-coital meal” where she found her boss naked and was asked if she was attracted to him. In a similar incident, Rueda alleges that “a male house guest of Mr. Combs approached plaintiff in the nude to ask her to look at and admire his genitals after he had engaged in sexual activity with another house guest,” the suit states.

Rueda started working for Combs in January 2015, but was fired almost a year and a half later in May 2016 after being accused of stealing a watch. She claims the accusation was made up as an excuse to fire her from the hip-hop mogul’s services.

In addition to the sexual harassment allegations, Rueda also alleges wage violations, defamation and infliction of emotional distress, according to Variety.

A spokesperson for Combs’ company dismissed the claims as a “frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
