Melania Trump Stood Out Among All The Other First Ladies Last Night For One Major Reason
Melania Trump stood out in a sea of first ladies in Brussels this week as she accompanied her husband on his first foreign trip since taking office.
The first lady was wearing a black, off the shoulder dress Thursday night as she stood next to France’s first lady Brigitte Trogneux, Turkey’s first lady Emine Erdogan, Luxembourg’s Gauthier Destenay, Slovenia’s Mojca Stropnik, Queen Mathilde of Belgium, Iceland’s Thora Margret Baldvinsdottir, Norway’s Ingrid Schulerud, Bulgaria’s Desislava Radeva and Belgium’s Amelie Derbaudrenghien.
They were at the Royal Castle of Laeken in Brussels. On the trip, she has visited a children’s hospital and accompanied her husband to meet Pope Francis in Vatican City.
During her visit to the hospital, Melania and Queen Mathilde of Belgium heard a presentation on a center for missing and sexually exploited children, called Child Focus, where Melania said she “learned quite a lot.”
Her smile clearly stood out among the dignitaries.
