NBA Player Cleared Of Domestic Violence Allegations From Playboy Playmate

Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey was cleared Thursday by the Manhattan Beach police of allegations he domestically abused his ex-girlfriend Kennedy Summers.

The NBA big-man was accused of striking his former Playboy Playmate girlfriend, and the police do believe that an altercation between the two likely occurred in July 2016, according to TMZ Sports.

However, according to the same TMZ Sports report, police believe any contact against Summers was done in self-defense after she attacked him and accused him of cheating.

This left authorities believing Withey had a “reasonable claim of self-defense.”

The two had a very public and turbulent relationship, and Withey was aired out for everybody to see after Summers made accusations he was far from faithful. (RELATED: NBA Player Gets Put On Blast For Cheating On His Playmate Girlfriend [PHOTOS])

Given the fact the police cleared Withey it is also highly unlikely he will face any discipline from the NBA.
