A powerful trailer was released Thursday for the upcoming film about the Boston bombing “Stronger.”

The plot of the film, according to IMDB, is, “A victim of the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013 helps the police track down the killers while struggling to recover from devastating trauma.”

Jake Gyllenhaal plays the lead character Jeff Bauman, who lost both of his legs when terrorists Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev detonated pressure cooker bombs during the 2013 Boston Marathon.

Judging for the trailer, the film will focus on the emotional toll the attack took on Bauman following both of his legs being lost in the vicious attack that claimed multiple lives.
