Scottie Pippen’s estranged wife Larsa seems to be attaching her cart to the horse that is the Kardashian clan, and it’s an eyebrow-raising move.

Larsa and the legendary Chicago Bulls forward are currently going through a very public divorce, but nobody would ever know that by simply looking at her social media.

Instead of appearing focused on the divorce she regularly posts photos of herself with different members of the Kardashian family, and even openly promotes them on her Instagram.

When in LA…

This isn’t a shift that Larsa took overnight. It has slowly been creeping up more and more routinely, and it’s baffling.

It almost appears that with her soon-to-be ex-husband on his way out the door she really wants to stay in the spotlight, and the best way for her to do it is to let everybody know she’s friends with the Kardashians.

However, is that really the type of people you want to be associating with? Scottie Pippen has multiple NBA championships, and is one of the most respected athletes on the planet. Very few people can successfully navigate success in sports, the wealth and the fame, but the former Bulls forward has done a great job.

On the other hand, the Kardashians are indeed famous, but they don’t have anywhere near the clout of a champion athlete. They live for the paparazzi and attention. They don’t actually have any talent or unique talents that can’t be replaced. We also shouldn’t forget that the three catalysts in the Kardashians fame are her dad getting OJ Simpson off for murder, Kim having sex on camera and Bruce Jenner believing he’s a woman. Not exactly a winning formula or pedigree.

It just doesn’t seem to make much sense as to why this is the team Larsa seems so intent on joining during the middle of a divorce.
