“Today is going to be a tough day,” the 50-year-old reality star explained. “Seems as though important facts were omitted from the case. Just wanted to let the world know–moms & girls all made money, Lots of money! Nobody was doing me a favor out of the kindness of their hearts!”

After she serves her time behind bars, she will be remain on probation for another two years. She also must pay a $40,000 fine and $120,000 judgment fee.

Last year, Miller plead guilty to one count of bankruptcy fraud and another count for failing to report more than $10,000 worth of Australian currency she brought into the country, according to another report.

In 2015, the “Dance Moms” star was indicted on a variety of fraud charges relating to hiding bankruptcy assets and making a false bankruptcy declaration. She was first accused of trying to hide $775,000 worth of income she earned on her show “Dance Moms” and related spinoff TV shows between 2012 and 2013 when she filed for Chapter 11.

The charges could have brought up to $5 million in fines and five years behind bars.
