The first photos of George and Amal Clooney’s twin babies were allegedly taken illegally and the parents’ plan to prosecute everyone involved with their distribution to “the full extent of the law.”
French magazine Voici snapped the photos of the newborn twins, Ella and Alexander, in the Clooneys’ arms outside of their home on Lake Como and published them on the font page of their magazine earlier this week. In a statement obtained by Deadline Hollywood, Clooney claims that the photos were taken illegally and he plans to hold them responsible.

“Over the last week photographers from Voici magazine scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took pictures of our infants inside our home,” the actor said in the statement. “Make no mistake the photographers, the agency and the magazine will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The safety of our children demands it.”
The Clooneys welcomed their first children into the world in the first week of June. The photos published by Voici were the first photographs taken of the twin boy and girl.
