Johnny Manziel is still alive and well.
A recent photo posted by his fiancee Bre Tiesi shows the former Texas A&M gunslinger soaking up some sun as his future wife donned a tiny bikini. Tiesi captioned the photo, “Mama and papa #baecation.”
What a different world it has been for Manziel from this time a year ago. There were legitimate concerns a year ago that the Heisman winning quarterback’s time on this planet was rapidly nearing an end. It appeared that he had finally spiraled completely out of control due to the nonstop partying, and what appeared to be a substance abuse problem.
Now he’s rarely seen, he has bulked up to a healthy weight and he’s engaged to a woman who appears to be a major stabilizing factor on his life.
He has come a long ways and the NFL comeback could finally be a real possibility.
