The alcohol-fueled encounter caused Warner Bros. to shut down production of the show in order to conduct an investigation. Olympios initially claimed that she was too drunk to consent to the sexual encounter, but the internal investigation found that no sexual misconduct took place between the reality show stars, the New York Post reports.

In an interview with E! News following the allegations, Jackson detailed the events of the night claiming that Olympios was the aggressor during their poolside hookup.

“That night was probably the wildest night of my entire life,” Jackson told E!. “[We were] kissing, rubbing, touching. It’s nothing too sexual yet,” he recalled. “Things got wild because it was more of her being the aggressor, which was sexy. … When you have a very attractive girl telling you what she wants, it’s like a very, like, ‘Wow, OK! This is hot. This is very … I like it.’”
