It sounds like we can expect big things from Shaun White at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, as if we weren’t already.

The legendary snowboarder didn’t medal at his last Olympic games in Sochi, but he’s been training harder this time around and can’t wait to get another shot in the Republic of Korea.

“After doing the same sport for 25 years, I’m at an amazing point in my life where I have found the love for it all over again!” White told Us Weekly in a recent interview. “I’ve been practicing harder than ever and enjoying it more. And with the 2018 Olympics only six months away its perfect timing.”

Although White has only won two Olympic Gold Medals his 24 X Games, the medals make him one of the best athletes to ever ride a board. (SLIDESHOW: The 21 Hottest Women In Pro Surfing)

Judging by his current mindset, I’d say it’s a safe bet to expect White to add a couple more medals to his resumé come February.
