Ryen Russillo, an ESPN radio host, was arrested Wednesday morning in Wyoming.

Jackson Police nabbed Russillo on criminal entry, a misdemeanor charge in the state of Wyoming, after receiving a call during the early morning hours saying there was a, “highly intoxicated male who was refusing to leave.”

Lt. Roger Schultz, told the Jackson Hole News and Guide  that Russillo was in someone else’s condo bedroom. He was allegedly slurring his words and had bloodshot eyes. When Schultz tried asking him questions about why he was there, he said that he could not give him an answer because of how badly he was slurring his words.

The maximum punishment he could face would be 6 months behind bars and a $750 fine, according to the New York Post.

Russillo is the host of “The Russillo Show” on ESPN News and ESPN Radio. During the massive layoffs that swept through ESPN in April, Russillo’s cohost Danny Kannell was laid off from the network.
