There should be no doubt Taylor Swift is coming for some scalps, given the fact she’s releasing her new album on the ten year anniversary of Kanye West’s mother dying.

Swift’s album “Reputation” will be released November 10, which falls exactly on the ten year mark of Kanye losing her mother.

The pop star and Kanye have hated each other ever since he interrupted her award speech at the 2009 VMAs. They have since traded shots, and Kanye sang about her in his song “Famous.”

The lyrics read, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex Why? I made that b*tch famous (Godd*mn) I made that b*tch famous.”

These two hate each other and for good reason. The only problem for Kanye is Swift has infinite resources and a much bigger fan base. She’s also on the hunt for vengeance. She’s like the kid who got bullied on the playground a bit too much. Most of the time they go home and get over it, but not America’s sweetheart.

She did the equivalent of disappearing to Russia for three years, buying up an army from a shady arms dealer and returning to go scorched earth on her enemies.

I can’t imagine many things more cold-blooded than releasing an album on the anniversary of the death of an enemy’s mother. I suppose there’s not much of a debate anymore about how vicious Swift intends to get, and I’m here to enjoy it all.

America’s sweetheart vs. the world.
