“Game of Thrones” didn’t disappoint with the finale of the seventh season.

I made four predictions before the show started. Some of them I got correct, and others I did not.

Let’s breakdown what happened, starting with my four predictions. There are obviously about to be some spoilers, so stop reading if you haven’t watched yet.

1) Arya kills Littlefinger

This turned out to be 100 percent correct. Littlefinger’s scheming has finally run out, and he met his end with a cold knife blade to the throat courtesy of our favorite assassin.

2) Cersei’s pregnancy won’t go as planned.

This didn’t happen, which to be honest, was a little surprising for me. I figured the writers would give us something before the final season kicked off. I did predict Jamie would somehow kill his sister. I figured it could be by a sword or through the pregnancy. That didn’t happen either, but him riding North alone might be a sign he’s defecting. Now that is going to be wild.

3) You can bet the house that white walker dragon is destroying the wall.

This was the most obvious prediction of all time in my book. You don’t give the Night King a dragon, and expect him not to use it. Incredible scene as the dragon used his blue dragon flames to torch the wall.

4) We’ll get a major development with Jon Snow and Daenerys.

This was also an obvious prediction. It was about time they made Jon Snow’s lineage official. However, who saw the scene playing out with a Bran voiceover as Dany and Jon get down in the most anticipated sex scene in the history of television? Nobody saw it playing out in that fashion, but it was epic.

So, overall I got three out of four predictions right. Not the worst night. I still think we’ll get something out of Cersei’s pregnancy before this is all said and done.

One of the biggest lingering questions for me is what Tyrion said to his sister during their meeting? I didn’t think much about it initially. That all changed when you see his facial reaction to Jon Snow having sex with Dany. He did not looked pleased at all, which is very suspect. Does he fear Daenyras getting pregnant with Snow’s baby? Did he cut a deal with his sister about her baby’s fate, and Dany giving birth to an heir could ruin it all?

Too bad we’ll have to wait a year to find out the answers to these questions and more. A great season in the books, and hopefully season eight lives up to the hype.
