Women in Washington are banding together to fight for their right to serve coffee while nearly naked.

A lawsuit has been filed by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington challenging ordinances in the city of Everett, which ban baristas from serving coffee in bikinis or while showing bare skin, according to the Seattle Times.

The Seattle Times reports in part:

The plaintiffs, including seven baristas and an owner of a chain of bikini coffee stands, argue in the suit that their right to privacy would be violated if officers were to inspect them to ensure that they were following the rules.

“The city knows only women work as bikini baristas, and intentionally targeted women through the ordinances,” said Derek Newman, one of the attorneys for the baristas.

Barista Natalie Bjerk says, “This is about women’s rights. The city council should not tell me what I can and cannot wear when I go to work, it’s a violation of my First Amendment rights.”

I couldn’t agree more with Natalie. This is about women’s rights, and as a fierce defender of the rights of attractive women, I refuse to allow their right to serve me coffee while borderline naked to be trampled on. I won’t allow it.

What is this country about if hot women don’t have the freedom to wear a bikini and serve food? I don’t believe this puritanical restriction is what our Founding Fathers had in mind.

ISIS tells women to cover up, and I want no part of what ISIS is about. This law is as un-American as it gets. These lawmakers in Everett, Washington should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know if I’ve ever been more embarrassed by my great country.

We’ll take this all the way up to the Supreme Court if it comes to it. We shall do whatever it takes to defend freedom.
